This depends on the size of your facility. A small school or private wall can generally be inspected within a day. Larger facilities take longer to inspect. We will provide an estimate of how long it will take to inspect your facility along with our quote once you have been in touch with us.
Our detailed and comprehensive inspection report and inspection certificate will normally be with you within ten days of the inspection being completed. Our inspectors will give you a summary of their findings before leaving your premises on completion of the inspection and any immediate safety concerns will be communicated to you as soon as practicable once identified.
No, you won’t need to close the wall for the inspection to take place. We are able to inspect your facility whilst it is in use. Our team will create a rolling cordon, putting specific areas out of use as required, to ensure your users are not put at risk whilst our inspection is taking place. Whilst doing this we will work with you and strive to achieve the minimum level of disruption to your normal daily operations.
